At Ankara Airport there is an Exchange Office, one in the International Terminal Departures and the other one in the International Terminal Arrivals.

Lost property
At the International Terminal Arrivals level there is located the Lost and Found Office, where lost property within the airport and the multi-storey car park is stored and delivered.

Lost luggage
In case of lost, damaged or incomplete luggage within the terminal facilities or board inside the aircraft, passengers should report it to the airline company or ground service company in order to retrieve their luggage.
