Lost property

At the International Terminal Arrivals level there is located the Lost and Found Office, where lost property within the airport and the multi-storey car park is stored and delivered.

Service hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

Please note that during off service hours the service is managed by Terminal Operations Management.

 

 

Lost luggage

In case of lost, damaged or incomplete luggage within the terminal facilities or board inside the aircraft, passengers should report it to the airline company or ground service company in order to retrieve their luggage.

Esenboga Airport (ESB) has also different lounges to all passengers that want to have a relaxing time at the airport. These are:

 

THY CIP Lounge

It is available for Turkish Airlines First and Business Class passengers. It has snacks and beverages as well as comfortable seats.

Anadolujet “primeclass” Lounge

It is located at the Domestic Terminal and it is available to all passengers that fly with Anadolujet as well as holders of TAV Passport, Priority Pass, Airport Angels, ING Special Banking Card, specified TEB cards, Turkish Airlines passengers and “primeclass” CIP Service guests.

To enter passengers must afford a fee and the service is available to other passengers.

The lounge offers food and beverages, Internet, TV, magazines, newspapers, a children’s play room, and PlayStation.

 

İş Bank Millennium Lounge

It is located in the Mezzanine Floor (after security check in).

It is open 24 hours for all passengers traveling in first and business class as well as Is Bank Credit Card and TAV Passport card holders.

The lounge offers snacks, beverages and food as well as Internet, Phone and Fax.

Comfort Lounge

It is managed by Primeclass CIP Service and it is available to CIP Service Guests as well as other passengers that can enjoy the Lounge paying an entrance fee. There are discounts depending of the airline that passengers are travelling to.

It is open 24 hours and there are available some services as: newspapers and magazines, TV, Wi-Fi, Shower, Massage chairs or food.
